This year’s WAN Awards concluded with an exclusive group of winners. Among three finalists, only two placed, with the future project Huaihai Road TOD receiving Silver.
Situated in Shanghai’s culturally rich Huaihai Road Preservation Zone, at the intersection of two major boulevards, Huaihai Road TOD is a multi-level retail complex culminating in a dense, street-accessible rooftop garden. The project incorporates two existing 3-story 1920s buildings, expanding its offerings and preserving historical elements.
