Winners of the Quality Building Award 2022 (QBA 2022) were announced last week at its Award Presentation Ceremony yesterday (28 April 2023) at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Among the winners was Taikoo Li Qiantan, a project that is the first retail center of its kind to integrate wellness, and biophilic design with retail, food, and beverage offerings.
The theme for QBA’s 2022 award season, Smart | Sustainable | Superior, looked to projects that were designed and constructed in accordance with this theme, and participating projects were entered into seven award categories that reflected QBA’s new policy direction in sustainability.
