Our future Huaihai Road TOD project has been shortlisted at this year’s World Architecture News WAN Awards and is one of three finalists selected for Best Future Commercial project in 2023. 

Situated in Shanghai’s culturally rich Huaihai Road Preservation Zone, at the intersection of two major boulevards, Huaihai Road TOD is a multi-level retail complex culminating in a dense, street-accessible rooftop garden. The project incorporates two existing 3-story 1920s buildings, expanding its offerings and preserving historical elements.
