Stan Hathaway - Founder and Principal

Stan oversees the studio’s day-to-day operations. Working largely behind-the-scenes, Stan facilitates the smooth operation of the firm. His broad knowledge of the architecture field enables him to reconcile business and design perspectives, strategizing for the success of 5+, which he sees as one of his greatest accomplishments. For over two decades, Stan has developed an understanding of organizational models and sharpened his intuitive ability to identify strengths in others and build a team accordingly. Working with project managers, he projects staffing needs in accordance with upcoming projects and recruits new talent.

Stan co-founded 5+design in 2005.
