After breaking ground in 2014, our 7.5 million square foot Park Place project moved swiftly through construction and is well into the final stages of its 2019 completion. 

Captured above in a recent site visit, Park Place will bring a sustainable community to the region that creates a seamless connection between the inside and outside realm.

The project’s modern residential and office towers will punctuate finger parks that stretch from the project’s green space to the riverfront while its retail podium will feature a climbing terrace and urban farm.
